Pepperland Marketing is a growth-driven agency located in Cheshire, Connecticut. Founded in 2015, we’ve got deep experience in helping our clients identify and understand the challenges and opportunities their businesses are facing—and in using that understanding to craft sales and marketing strategies that excel.

At Pepperland Marketing, our ideal client is someone who wants to learn from us as we help them grow traffic to their website, generate qualified leads, and acquire customers—regardless of their industry or niche. We have extensive experience working with clients in the Higher Education, Private and Independent K-12, Manufacturing and Supply Chain, Architecture and Design, and Software as a Service (SaaS) industries, amongst others.
Sean is the Founder and CEO of Pepperland, and acts as the lead strategist on the team, helping clients develop strategies to increase traffic and leads in support of their sales and marketing goals, and then guiding the Pepperland team in the execution of those plans. Prior to starting the agency, he held marketing leadership roles across a variety of industry verticals and both B2B and B2C companies, exposing him to a broad range of marketing challenges. When not at work, Sean can be found playing with his three young boys, enjoying the outdoors, or volunteering with his son's Cub Scout pack.
Ryan assists in the development of all inbound marketing efforts. He helps to develop content designed to increase traffic and capture leads. He tracks and analyzes all aspects of website traffic, lead capture, and optimization. Identifying and fixing SEO errors has become one of his favorite challenges. We know, it’s nerdy. He has helped produce emerging content strategies and continues to be up to date with emerging marketing trends.
Kelsey conducts the research which drives our marketing strategies. From keyword research and content planning to buyer persona and subject matter expert interviews, she finds the evidence we need to make confident, data-driven decisions. Kelsey is focused on the areas of research, content creation, and strategy and takes a supporting role in all inbound marketing efforts. In her free time, you can find her at a local coffee shop or the beach.
Will joins the Pepperland team with a background in journalism and broadcasting. In addition to previously covering athletic and political events, he served as the Sports Information Director for Millsaps College and worked with the Kansas City Chiefs during the 2014 season. He helps with all inbound and content efforts at Pepperland and enjoys college football, baseball, coffee, and dogs.
Kayley assists in all SEO efforts at Pepperland, including on-page optimization, technical SEO analysis, keyword research, and link-building outreach. She is focused on increasing organic traffic levels from search engines in support of sales and marketing goals. Outside of the office, Kayley is a professional makeup artist, amateur baker, and dog mom.
Eric manages, measures, and optimizes campaigns across all paid marketing platforms at Pepperland. He has worked within the digital marketing field for over 6 years and has experience managing campaigns across many industries. He enjoys staying up-to-date with digital marketing trends and developing campaign strategies. In his free time, you can find Eric discovering new trails while mountain biking.
Prior to joining the Pepperland team, Tim worked in the publishing industry, where he sharpened his writing, editing, and storytelling skills, priming him for his role as one of Pepperland’s chief copywriters and content strategists. In his current role, he oversees the creation of content ranging from blog posts and ebooks to pillar pages, email campaigns, and social media. He likes cats, coffee, and writing about money (like a nerd).
Greg is Pepperland’s graphic designer. With more than 6 years of professional experience in web and print design, he’s passionate about creating engaging visuals and memorable digital experiences that are tailored to a target audience. He focuses on developing user-centric designs that drive action and always align with marketing objectives.
Kaisley is an intern learning all aspects of technical SEO at Pepperland. She enjoys learning everything she can about on-page optimization, technical SEO analysis, keyword research, crawl issue analysis, and content creation. She looks forward to implementing all of the marketing strategies she learns to increase organic traffic and sales. In her free time, she enjoys drawing, crafting projects, and exercising.
